Terms of Service
Last updated: 10 June 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Healvio — our website, web app, and mobile app (collectively, the “Service”). Please read them carefully.
Healvio is operated by Dineshkumar Mohanlal Suthar, a sole proprietor based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India (“Healvio”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By creating an account, ticking the consent checkbox at sign-up, uploading a report, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Important medical disclaimer — please read first
Healvio is an information and educational tool. It is not a medical service, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions.
- Healvio helps you understand the values in a medical report in plain language. It does not tell you what is wrong with you, what condition you have, or what treatment to take.
- The explanations, summaries, scores, suggestions, and questions provided by Healvio are for general informational purposes only and are not a substitute for the professional judgement of a qualified, licensed doctor or healthcare provider.
- Always consult a qualified, registered medical professional about your health, your reports, and any decision relating to your care. Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you have read in Healvio.
- Healvio is not a clinical establishment, hospital, diagnostic laboratory, or telemedicine service, and is not registered or licensed under any law governing medical practice or healthcare services in India. The reports you upload remain the medical records of the issuing laboratory or practitioner; Healvio’s output is not a medical report.
- Using Healvio does not create a doctor–patient relationship between you and Healvio or anyone associated with it.
- Healvio is not for medical emergencies. If you think you may be experiencing a medical emergency, contact your doctor or your nearest hospital or emergency service immediately.
You use Healvio voluntarily and at your own risk, and you are responsible for any decisions you make based on the information it provides.
2. How the AI works and its limitations
Healvio uses artificial intelligence (AI) to read and explain medical reports. You should understand:
- The AI, and the people who built and operate Healvio, are not licensed or certified to practise medicine and do not provide medical care, reports, or assessments.
- AI can make mistakes. It may misread, misinterpret, or omit information from a report, especially with unusual formats, handwriting, poor-quality scans, or uncommon tests.
- AI-generated output may contain errors even when it appears confident or precise. Outputs are estimates and explanations, not verified medical facts.
- Where Healvio’s output differs from your original report, the original report prevails. Any value, score, or statement should be confirmed with your doctor and against your original report.
- You should not make any health, medication, or lifestyle decision based solely on Healvio’s output. Always review the original report and consult a licensed professional.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Healvio, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to agree to these Terms.
If you upload a report belonging to another person (such as a parent or family member), you confirm that you are authorised to do so. Where that person is a minor, you confirm that you are their parent or lawful guardian, and you agree to complete any identity or relationship verification we may require under applicable law before such data is processed.
4. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
- You must not share your account, impersonate others, or use someone else’s account without permission.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for fraud, abuse, or unlawful purposes.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Upload content you have no right to share, or that infringes anyone’s rights.
- Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
- Use automated tools to abuse the Service or bypass usage limits or bot protection.
- Resell, white-label, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.
- Rely on the Service to provide medical care to others as if it were a licensed medical product.
6. Plans, credits, and payments
Healvio offers free and paid options:
- Free reports: new users receive a limited number of free report explanations (currently two in total, on a lifetime basis), as described in the app.
- One-time report credits: you may purchase report credits (for example, a single report or a pack of reports). These credits are consumed when you analyse a report and do not expire unless stated otherwise in the app.
- Subscriptions: you may subscribe to a recurring plan (for example, the Family plan) billed monthly via UPI AutoPay or other supported methods. Subscription benefits — including any monthly report allowance — apply for the active billing period and refresh each billing cycle as described in the app. Unused monthly allowances do not carry over.
Prices are shown in the app and are in Indian Rupees (₹). We may change prices, plans, and features from time to time; changes apply going forward and not to purchases already made.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay’s applicable terms. We do not store your full payment-instrument details.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these Terms; when we make significant changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you.
8. Intellectual property
The Healvio name, logo, design, software, and content (excluding your uploaded reports and your personal data) are owned by us and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from them without our permission. You retain ownership of the reports and data you upload; you grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the Service.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service or its outputs are accurate, complete, or suitable for any medical or other decision.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Healvio and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on the Service or its outputs, including any health-related decision, outcome, or harm.
- Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed ₹1,000 (one thousand Indian Rupees).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or any of your statutory rights as a consumer that cannot be waived.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Healvio and its operator from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any law or third-party right (including uploading reports you were not authorised to share).
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. On termination, the sections that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law) will continue to apply.
13. General provisions
- Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
- Force majeure. We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet or infrastructure outages, acts of government, or failures of third-party services.
- Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms. We may assign these Terms in connection with a transfer or reorganisation of the business.
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund & Cancellation Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any non-waivable statutory rights you may have (including under consumer protection law), any disputes arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
